All sales are final as all product is discontinued. No
returns will be accepted except for reasons stated below.
Sales Taxes will be computed on all California shipping locations
at checkout.

United States Postal Service destinations for Flat Rate Packaging
For sales from $1.00 to 99.99 $12.00
For sales from $100.00 Free
International or special shipping will need to be calculated
separately. Go ahead and check out or contact us.
If you check out, we will contact you regarding shipping arrangements.
For all shipping discrepancies, you must contact us within 4
days of receipt.
If the yarn is damaged or destroyed in shipping, you must
contact us within 4 days of receipt and we will ask you to take
a photograph and send it to us. If the product is not
available any more, a refund will be issued provided we agree
with the damage assessment. If the yarn is available,
we shall ship replacement yarn at our expense.
Inventory is subject to being sold out and therefore unavailable.
If this occurs, we will contact you at which time all issues
will be resolved including complete cancellation and complete
refund if desired.
